2. What data does this site process?
This website is a static information site. It has no user accounts, no online form storage, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
- Server logs: when you visit, the hosting provider (Render Services, Inc.) may log your IP address, date/time, requested page and browser details for technical operation and security.
- Contact: the contact form stores nothing on this site; it opens your message in your own email app or in WhatsApp. When you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram or LinkedIn, the name, contact details and message you share are processed to answer your request.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- Answering your requests and conducting business discussions: KVKK art. 5/2(c) (directly related to entering into or performing a contract) and art. 5/2(f) (legitimate interest).
- Keeping the site secure and available: KVKK art. 5/2(f) (legitimate interest).
4. Transfers
The site is hosted on the infrastructure of Render Services, Inc., which is based outside Türkiye, so server logs may be processed abroad. Email and WhatsApp communication uses the infrastructure of those providers. Transfers abroad are carried out in line with KVKK art. 9. TODO: confirm the art. 9 transfer basis with a lawyer
5. Retention
Correspondence is kept for the periods required by law after your request is closed, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. TODO: set retention periods

You may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to outcomes of automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

7. Cookies
This site does not use cookies. No analytics, advertising or tracking tools are loaded; fonts and images are served from the site itself, so no cookie banner is shown. If analytics or marketing tools are added later, this notice will be updated and the required consent mechanism put in place.
